Kaylynn Samuel is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Officer with extensive experience in human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving at MANLINE TRANSPORT and Barloworld Transport (Pty) Ltd since 2021 and 2019 respectively, Kaylynn has a proven track record in managing IOD claims, conducting disciplinary inquiries, and overseeing employee benefits. In previous roles at Excellerate Services and G4S, Kaylynn successfully handled industrial relations matters, recruitment processes, and maintained HR compliance. Kaylynn began the HR career as an HR Co-ordinator at iMvula Quality Protection, where responsibilities included overseeing disciplinary procedures for over 12,000 employees. Kaylynn holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Dame, completed in 2022.
