Zakaria Hussien has over 35 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Head of Engineering at BarkoTel Communications since May 1998, where previously held roles included Enterprise Solutions Manager and Manager of the Voice Communication Department. Prior experience includes working as a Maintenance Supervisor at Saudi Cable Company from November 1991 to March 1998 and as a Telecom Field Engineer at Egyptian Petroleum Pipeline from November 1987 to November 1991, focusing on field support for microwave communication networks. Zakaria Hussien earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Telecommunications Engineering from Ain Shams University between 1979 and 1984.
