Miller Jones has held various roles throughout their career. Miller began working as a Copywriter at Publicis in the West in 2004 and held this position until 2009. During this time, they were promoted to the role of Senior Copywriter. In 2009, Miller joined Energy BBDO as a VP and Creative Director/Copywriter and stayed with the company until 2016. Following this, they worked at Leo Burnett as a VP and Creative Director/Copywriter from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, Miller worked as a Freelance Creative Director at Miller McCord Jones, Inc. and later joined Barkley in 2020 as a Creative Director.

Miller Jones attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1997 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication. Miller later transferred to North Carolina State University and completed their BA degree in Communication from 1998 to 2001. From 2002 to 2004, Miller attended the Creative Circus, where they specialized in Advertising and obtained a degree in Advertising.
