Lauren Meadows has a diverse background in the field of art direction and advertising. Lauren began their career as an Office Technician at The University of Alabama in 2014, where they also participated in the Minerva Creative Advertising Program as an Art Director. In this role, they gained experience in researching clients and products, conceptualizing campaign ideas, executing campaigns for mock clients, and utilizing Adobe Creative Suite. Lauren then joined Lewis Communications in 2018 as an Art Direction Intern before being promoted to Art Director in February 2019. Lauren worked at Lewis Communications until July 2020. In 2021, Lauren co-founded a company called The Workshop. Lauren joined Barkley in July 2020 as an Art Director and was later promoted to Senior Art Director in January 2022.

From 2014 to 2018, Lauren Meadows attended The University of Alabama, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Advertising. This is the extent of their provided education history.
