Lorena MartÃn has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2010. Lorena began their career as an HR Intern at PSICOSOFT in 2010, where they managed multiple recruiting sources and resume analysis, conducted phone interviews, and managed a database. In 2012, they took an HR Internship at ISBAN Grupo Banco Santander, where they managed multiple recruiting sources, recruitment process design and interviews, managed interns from Santander Bank, developed training programs, and performed statistical analysis for HR. In 2013, they became an HR Specialist at Management Solutions. In 2014, they moved to Gap Inc./ Banana Republic, where they worked as a Sales Assistant. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Acttiv Leisure Projects S.L. as Head of Talent Acquisition and HR-Europe Talent Acquisition Specialist. Currently, they are the HR Manager at Barkibu.
Lorena MartÃn has a diverse education history. From 2018 to 2019, they completed a Postgrado en Recursos Humanos y Reclutamiento 3.0 at IEBS. From 2005 to 2012, they obtained a degree in PsicologÃa from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. From 2010 to 2011, they studied Psychologie at University of Lausanne - UNIL.
