Jesper Turner has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Jesper began their career in 1997 as the Prokurator for Helsingkrona Nation, where they worked as the CFO for a student body organization. From 2002 to 2004, they worked as a Programmer/Economist at Pdata AB, where they focused on improving SPCS Skatt, Sweden's renowned tax program.

In 2004, Jesper joined Accenture as a Management Consultant, specializing in Financial & Performance Management within the Financial Services sector. Jesper worked on a global procurement outsourcing project, living and working in various locations such as Frankfurt, Dalian, Bangalore, Barcelona, and New York.

Jesper joined Ericsson Telecomunicações S.A. in 2007 as a Sales Development Manager for Brazil. Jesper then joined Ericsson in 2008 and held various positions, including Controller for Global Monitoring & Improvements, Business Development Director, Head of Marketing for Cloud, and Head of Portfolio Management & Efficiency for Product Area Cloud Infrastructure.

In 2018, Jesper joined Avega Group AB as a Senior Management Consultant. Jesper worked in this role until 2019 when they became the Chief Executive Officer at BARKFORS FLEET AB. As CEO, they led the company, which is the leading supplier of transport management systems in Sweden. Since May 2019, the company became part of the Progrits group.

Throughout their career, Jesper has gained expertise in areas such as strategy and portfolio management, marketing, business development, financial management, and system development.
