Swati Verma is an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Currently at Barista Coffee Company Limited since March 2021, Swati has previously held key roles at IHOP and Pita Pit, focusing on training and quality management. With a comprehensive history at Vatika Group as Manager of Quality Assurance & Product Development, responsibilities included food safety module development and vendor management. Prior roles at Cafe Coffee Day and Reliance Communications involved extensive quality control, training, and auditing. Swati holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Foods, Nutrition, and Related Services from the Institute Of Home Economics. Certified as an Internal Auditor for ISO 22000:2005 and having participated in relevant training, Swati has consistently contributed to enhancing quality standards across various organizations.
