Katie Woodruff is a Senior Associate in Global Private Finance at Barings, having progressed from Analyst to their current role since joining the firm in July 2021. With prior experience as a Global Private Finance Summer Analyst at Barings in 2020, Katie has contributed to a team known for its 40-year track record in financing middle-market buyouts, acquisitions, and recapitalizations. Additionally, Katie served as a Lacrosse Coach for the 410 West Lacrosse Club from March 2015 to August 2019, focusing on the development of high school and middle school girls in the sport. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Davidson College and participated in a summer program at The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2019.
