Meltem Akyol is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Baringa since February 2024. Prior to this role, Meltem worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at South Pole from November 2021 to January 2024, where the focus was on supporting climate action initiatives. Meltem has also held roles at the University of Sydney and the Music & Opera Singers Trust, gaining significant experience in HR transactional services and generalist functions. Meltem's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Marmara University and ongoing studies towards a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management at Charles Sturt University, alongside completion of language and culture courses at the University of Sydney.
