Charlotte De Schryvere is currently working as the Manager van mensen at Barias since January 2023. Prior to this role, Charlotte held positions as Afdelingshoofd Extrusie and Verantwoordelijke Labo & Kwaliteit at Balta Group from July 2015 to December 2022. Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology from KU Leuven Technologiecampus Oostende, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Université Bordeaux 1 and Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende.
