Joel Howitt is an experienced professional in project planning and management, currently holding the position of Project Planner and Senior Planner at Barghausen Consulting Engineers since 2000. Prior to this, Joel served as Project Manager at an unnamed company until September 2023 and gained foundational experience as a Planning Intern for the City of Federal Way from June 1999 to February 2000. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Planning and Policy from Western Washington University, earned between 1995 and 1999, and an Associate of Arts degree from Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom, completed in 1995.
