Shannon Lambert has extensive experience in the engineering and design sector, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Barge Design Solutions, Inc. since August 2010. In this role, Shannon previously held the title of Executive Vice President and oversaw operations as well as client services in water management, focusing on sustainable and cost-effective solutions for water and wastewater clients. Prior to this, Shannon was a Project Manager at Black & Veatch from January 1990 to August 2010. Shannon holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, earned between 1988 and 1990.
