Luc De Noyette has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Luc started their career in 1984 with voluntary work in Mission Sambwa. Luc then worked as a Sales Manager at Dumon Agro from 1986 to 1989. Following that, they served as Director at Cagrikap for a year. In 1990, they took a break and embarked on a time-out adventure in Asia and Australia under the company Stay in Asia & Australia. Luc joined Barentz in 1992 as a Sales Manager and later became a Project Manager at Form - Unizo from 1996 to 2001. Luc returned to Barentz in 2002, assuming the position of Sales Manager & Group Principal Manager, where they currently work.

Between 1978 and 1983, Luc De Noyette attended Rijksuniversiteit Gent - Faculteit Landbouwwetenschappen, where they pursued a degree in Bio-Engineering with a focus on the Economy & Sociology of the Tropics & Subtropics.
