Iain Jones has an extensive work experience in various creative and leadership roles. Iain started their career as a Graphic Designer at Vogue in 1992 and then worked as a Graphic Designer at MetaDesign. Iain later became the Head of Design at Instant Access Media and Senior Designer at Wolff Olins. In 1996, they joined Lloyd Northover as the Creative Director, Digital & Branding, where they spearheaded brand and corporate identity work for notable clients such as Thomas Cook, Tesco, and Exxon Mobil.
In 1999, Iain became the Creative Director for Harrods and Harrods.com, focusing on developing a luxury eCommerce experience. Iain then moved to Cazenove as the Head of Design, leading the rebranding efforts for the company. In 2002, they joined Procter & Gamble as the Principal Design Manager for Baby Care, where they handled various design roles in marketing, branding, and new product development.
Iain's next venture was with Barefoot, where they held multiple positions including Group Creative Director and Director of Marketing. During their time at Barefoot, they worked with clients such as P&G, Bayer, and Mars Food, developing strong conceptual ideas and overseeing marketing efforts.

Iain Jones began their education in 1991 at the University of Westminster, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Graphic Design. Iain successfully completed this program in 1994. Seeking further specialization, they then enrolled at Middlesex University in 1994 and completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Interactive Media in 1995.
After a significant gap in their formal education, Iain Jones returned to academic settings in 2017. During this year, they attended BBDO University, where they focused on Creative Leadership. Within this program, their field of study specifically revolved around Strategy & Creative.
