Matthias Eichstedt has been working in the software engineering field since 2005. Matthias started as a Software Engineer at zeroseven GmbH in 2005, then moved to scoyo GmbH in 2008 in the same role. In 2010, they became a Software Architect / Engineer at BizSphere AG, and also took on a Freelance Software Engineer role at code:north. In 2013, they joined Vattenfall as a Software Engineer and Risk Ident GmbH as a Scala Developer. In 2015, they began working at D2iQ, where they held the roles of Sr. Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, and Distributed Applications Engineer. Matthias is currently employed at Bardeen as an Engineering.

Matthias Eichstedt obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media from Technische Hochschule Ulm between 2002 and 2006.
