Alex Arnold's work experience includes being a Co-Founder at Bardee since 2019. In this role, they are involved in creating a circular food system with insects and diverting food waste from landfills. They also recycle food waste into feed and fertilizer for local farmers.

Prior to that, they worked at Highlands Orchard and Pastoral as a Farmer from October 2013 to May 2019.

Before that, Alex worked at the University of Melbourne as a Laboratory Demonstrator and Research Scientist from June 2012 to October 2013.

Their earliest recorded work experience is at Jacdavlyn Pastoral Co., where they worked as a Farm Hand from November 2008 to February 2009.

Alex Arnold has a comprehensive education history. In 2002, Alex attended Trinity Grammar School in Kew, where they completed their high school education. Following high school, Alex pursued a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Melbourne from 2009 to 2012, majoring in Genetics. Alex continued their studies and achieved a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree with a focus on Genetics from the same university in 2013. Lastly, in 2016 to 2017, Alex completed a Master's Degree in Agricultural Science, specializing in Food Security at the University of Melbourne.
