Chuck Bonam has extensive work experience in various roles within the engineering and management fields. From 2015 to present, they have been the Vice President of Engineering at Bard Manufacturing Company, Inc. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Senior GM at Johnson Controls India, where they led a team of 80 engineers and managers and was responsible for engineering, project management, applications, and employee development. Chuck also participated in long-term strategy planning, new product introduction, process improvements, and organization planning. From 2006 to 2012, Chuck served as the Country Manager at Emerson Climate Technologies. Chuck also held the positions of Global Planner from 2003 to 2006 and Lead Engineer from 1996 to 2003 within the same company.

Chuck Bonam obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Instrumentation Technology/Technician from Gulbarga University from 1984 to 1988. Chuck later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in the same field at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from 1992 to 1994.
