Previously, Lars held roles including Technical Director Export and Export Manager at Barcol-Air and HC Groep, where responsibilities encompassed engineering, new product development, and export division management. Lars's career began in sales engineering, and Lars has consistently contributed to the advancement of safe and sustainable indoor environments. Lars holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and completed secondary education at Ommelander College.
