Andrew Pacheco has extensive experience in technology and technical support roles. Serving as Lead Configuration Technician at Levata from June 2021 to May 2024, Andrew prepared sales orders, installed operating system images, configured various devices, and collaborated across departments to enhance workflow efficiency. Prior experience includes working as an Electronic Repair Technician at Carlton Technologies, troubleshooting and repairing mobile devices, and as a Windows System Administrative Intern at Thales. Andrew also held management responsibilities at Hungry Howie's Pizza and provided desktop support at 17 Machinery. Andrew completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Network Management and Security from Davenport University and attended Grand Rapids Community College.
