Ojaswa Srivastava has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and technology solutions. ojaswa started their career at Effect Labs as a Software Development Engineer - I, where they were responsible for full stack development using technologies like ASP.NET, MVC, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS. ojaswa then moved on to the role of Software Development Engineer - II and later as a Senior Software Engineer, where they focused on end-to-end product development using primary skills like Object Oriented JavaScript (OOJS), Native JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, WebRTC, WebSockets, and Hybrid Mobile applications.

After gaining valuable experience at Effect Labs, Ojaswa joined Gemini Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Technology Solutions Manager - Product. Here, they were involved in handling the product development team and contributed to the domains of Banking, Insurance, Survey, and Enterprise. Their tech skills included OOJS, Native JavaScript, Angular, ReactJS, jQuery, WebRTC, WebSockets, Hybrid Mobile applications, and Node.
