Praveen Jha has over 18 years of experience in database management and engineering, currently serving as the Head of US Database and Cloud Platform at Barclays since September 2009, overseeing teams specializing in SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, and MariaDB. Prior roles include MS SQL Product/DB Engineering Lead and MS SQL L3 DBA at Barclays, as well as positions at UBS Investment Bank as a Senior MS SQL DBA, Lehman Brothers, Countrywide Financial Corp, M-Tech, and Gammon Information Technology Ltd. Praveen holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Mumbai and a GNIIT in Computers from the National Institute of Information Technology.
