Gwyneth D. is an experienced leader in talent development and human resources, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Global High-Potential Programmes and Global Executive Development at Barclays since May 2022. Prior to this role, Gwyneth held several positions at Cornell University from January 2002 to May 2022, including Director of Strategic Custom Programs in Executive Education, where responsibilities included designing learning solutions for client organizations, and Director of Executive Education, focusing on leadership and innovation. Earlier experience at Cornell included roles as Associate Director for the Human Capital Development Team and Program Coordinator for HR and Management Professional Development Programs. Gwyneth holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Skidmore College.
