Terry Emmens is the current Elder Law & Medicaid Planning Team Leader and Partner at Barclay Damon LLP since October 2018. Prior to this, at Lacy Katzen LLP from January 1999 to October 2018, they were a Management Committee Member and Partner who established and led the Elder Law and Medicaid Planning Practice Group. Additionally, they served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the US Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York from May 1991 to April 1993 under Judge Francis Conrad. Terry Emmens holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Vermont Law and Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from The George Washington University.
