Sara Díaz Roig is an experienced professional in the fields of talent development and social innovation, currently serving as the Executive Director of Strategic Sectors and Talent at Barcelona Activa since September 2006. Their roles at Barcelona Activa have included Director of Digital Talent Promotion and Director of Training and Innovation, where Sara has managed comprehensive youth-oriented academic and professional guidance projects. Prior to this, Sara worked at Arc Mediacio as a facilitator of participatory processes and at Omezyma as a project coordinator for local development initiatives. Sara holds a degree in Sociology from Universitat de Barcelona and has completed postgraduate studies in NGO Management and Community Mediation.
