Paul Semenets is a finance professional with extensive experience in development control, accounting, and investment finance. Currently serving as Development Controller at Barbuda Ocean Club since October 2023, Paul previously held roles as Controller at Gairloch Developments and in private capital fundraising at Hatley Capital Partners Inc. With a background at OMERS Infrastructure and Cadillac Fairview, Paul has developed expertise in investment finance and real estate accounting. Earlier experience includes a role at Hootsuite as a Salesforce.com Administrator. Paul holds a Master in Finance from IE Business School and an Honors Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto.
