Andrew Jones is a highly experienced professional in business development and capture management, currently serving as Capture Manager at Barbaricum since January 2023. In this role, Andrew leads capture efforts for a broad range of IT solutions supporting federal clients such as USSOCOM and the Navy, while also managing accounts for the Naval Surface Warfare Center. Prior to Barbaricum, Andrew held positions at Integral Federal, Inc. as Business Development & Capture Manager, and at Booz Allen Hamilton as Senior Consultant, where responsibilities included leading client engagements in renewable energy and conducting comprehensive risk analyses. Andrew's career began with internships in government affairs and legislative roles, complemented by a finance and marketing degree from the University of Maryland.
