Jaimee Alfieri is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the legal and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Barasch & McGarry, a leading advocate for the 9/11 community, Jaimee is dedicated to supporting the firm's mission. Previously, Jaimee held the position of Vice President and Director of Human Resources at AKRF, where responsibilities included overseeing talent acquisition, benefits, and compliance with legal standards. At Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC, Jaimee progressed through various HR roles from Head of Recruiting to Senior Human Resources Specialist, managing recruitment functions and employee relations for over 800 employees. Jaimee holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. John's University.
