Alison DiPaola is the SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust since April 2022. Prior to this, Alison held various HR positions at the same company from June 2013 to July 2019. Before joining Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, Alison worked at Mascoma Savings Bank and Bankers Conseco Life Insurance Company. Alison holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. Alison graduated from Newport Middle High School in 2005.
