Berenice van Gessel has a wide range of work experience, beginning with an internship at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 2011. Berenice then worked as a Spring Analyst at Nomura in 2011, followed by roles as an Analyst and Associate at Nomura from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they also worked as an Independent Investment Advisor from 2016. From 2016 to 2021, they served in various roles at Uber, including Head of Belgium (interim) | Rides Northern Europe, Head of Marketplace Central Operations | JUMP EMEA, Senior Operations Manager | Rides Benelux, and Operations Manager | Rides Netherlands. Currently, they are Co-Founder & COO at BAQME.
