Michael Rauch MBA, RN, NE-BC has a strong background in healthcare leadership and management. Michael started their career as a Registered Nurse at Infirmary Health System Inc in 2002 and later transitioned to roles such as Clinical Operations Manager at Baptist Health - Central Alabama. Michael then served as Executive Director of Nursing at Infirmary Health System Inc before moving to Baptist Health Care, where they held various leadership positions including Clinical Manager, Corporate Director of Critical Care, Corporate Director of ED and ICU, and currently serves as the Executive Director of Emergency and Critical Care. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated success in budget management, improving patient satisfaction, and building strong interdisciplinary programs.
Michael Rauch MBA, RN, NE-BC, earned a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Mobile in 2001. Michael later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Columbia Southern University, graduating in 2017. Michael also studied nursing at the University of South Alabama from 1997 to 2000. Prior to their college education, they completed their general education at McGill-Toolen Catholic High School from 1993 to 1997. In 2018, they obtained the Nurse Executive Board Certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
