Florence Hovsepian is an accomplished communications leader with extensive experience in corporate communications and brand management across various industries. Currently serving as Directrice Communication Groupe at Groupe Baobab since April 2021, Florence leads global communications and employee engagement initiatives for an organization with a workforce of 4,300 across multiple subsidiaries in Africa and China. Prior experience includes Directrice de la communication at Milleis Banque, where Florence oversaw a significant rebranding and communication strategy transformation, and a decade at ING France, where communication strategies for corporate and product launches were developed. Earlier roles at SFR and KERTEL focused on marketing management and product development, showcasing a strong track record in brand innovation and customer engagement.
