Ericka Scapillato has over 25 years of experience in executive assistant roles. Ericka began their career in 1997 as a Personal Executive Assistant at The Goldman Group. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the President and COO and Executive Assistant to the Chairman - Joe Mimran at Joe Fresh. Ericka then moved to Holt Renfrew, where they served as an Executive Assistant to the President. In 2022, they began their current role as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Banyan Software. In all of their roles, Ericka has demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office and time management, and has managed and proactively handled all domestic and international travel arrangements, expenses and calendar.

Ericka Scapillato obtained a Legal Assistant Diploma and completed a Legal Assistant/Paralegal program at Seneca College.
