Vinayak Rachha started their work experience as a Summer Intern at Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited in 2018. In 2019, they worked as an Engineer Intern at Indian Railways. From 2020 to 2021, Vinayak served as a Mechanical Engineering Technician at Garage, where they developed and deployed maintenance and service of SI engines. Vinayak also supervised training of maintenance personnel and learned various types and usage of wrenches. In 2021, Vinayak joined My Port Services India as a Service Engineer, where they installed safety applications on mining vehicles, forklifts, cranes, and all off-road vehicles. Vinayak also performed R&D and presented product demonstrations to new customers. Currently, Vinayak is working as a Software Engineer at Banyan Cloud, starting in February 2023.

Vinayak Rachha's education history is as follows:

- From 2013 to 2014, they attended The Andhra Education Society English High School and completed their SSC.

- From 2014 to 2016, they studied Science at SIES College of Arts, Science & Commerce SION(W), completing their HSC.

- From 2016 to 2020, Vinayak pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical at A. P. Shah Institute of Technology in Thane.

- In 2019, they obtained the Autodesk Certified User (AutoCAD) certification from Autodesk.

- In 2020, Vinayak completed the Static Structural Program in ANSYS from Ansys and also took the Phase Motor Control Bootcamp from Udemy.

- In 2022, they enrolled in NxtWave and obtained several certifications, including React JS, Node JS, Developer Foundations, Javascript Essentials, Responsive Web Design using Flexbox, Introduction to Databases, and Programming Foundations with Python.

- In 2023, Vinayak is expected to finish a certification course at NxtWave, although the field of study is not specified.
