Barry O'Donovan is a seasoned Construction Engineering Manager at Bantrel Co. since November 2022, providing operations management support and overseeing the recruitment and development of engineering and construction quality staff across Canada. Previously, as Integration Manager, Barry developed corporate initiatives for digitizing business processes, enhancing efficiency through innovative tools. With extensive experience at Bechtel Civil Infrastructure from April 2017 to November 2022, Barry managed significant projects, including a major Public Private Partnership in Edmonton, and transitioned to roles that integrated design and construction. Prior roles at Bechtel Mining & Metals and PM Group involved leadership of engineering teams and project execution. Barry holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Cork Institute of Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Alberta and Ontario.
