Rakesh Munganiya serves as the General Manager at Banswara Syntex Ltd. since October 2015, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Accounts and Finance functions, including MIS, Audit, Taxation, and Corporate affairs, and regularly meeting with management to discuss company performance. Prior to this role, Rakesh worked as the Deputy General Manager of Accounts and Finance at Banswara Syntex Ltd., where responsibilities included preparing Annual and Quarterly Financial Statements in compliance with SEBI and Indian Accounting standards. Rakesh's extensive background also includes positions as Assistant Account Manager at Parle Agro Pvt Ltd., Senior Executive at KPMG India, and Qualified Assistant at Lodha & Co. Rakesh holds a Chartered Accountants designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is pursuing a Company Secretary qualification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
