Enrique N. began their work experience in 1993 as a Consultant at Booz Allen and Hamilton. In 1996, they joined Banorte as a Director, and held this role until 2005. In 2007, they joined BanRegio as the Strategic Planning and Process Management leader, a position they held until 2011. From 2012 to 2015, they served as the Planning and Investor Relations leader at BanRegio, before taking on the role of Director of Finance and Planning in 2015. Finally, in 2016, Enrique N. became the Chief Financial Officer at BanRegio and is currently holding this role.

Enrique N.'s education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Systems ISE from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. Enrique also pursued a D1 degree in Management from IPADE Business School from 2001 to 2002. Lastly, Enrique N. completed a Master of Science degree in Management (MSc Sloan) from London Business School from 2005 to 2006.
