Muneer Khayat began their career in 1999 with NCB, where they held various roles such as Relationship Officer, Business Development Manager, and HR Strategic Business Partner. In 2014, they moved to Banque Saudi Fransi, serving as the Head of Human Resources Group. Later, in 2016, they became the Chief Human Capital Officer at Banque Saudi Fransi Group. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in HR management, business partnership, and strategic planning.

Muneer Khayat earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from King Abdulaziz University from 1995 to 1999. In 2009, they obtained an Associate's degree in HR - HR Practitioner from CIPD.
