Ali Bastami, MBA has a diverse work experience in various analytical and consulting roles. Ali is currently working as a Chief Analyst in Data Engineering at National Bank Private Banking 1859. In their previous role at National Bank of Canada, they served as a Senior Analyst, Business Strategy and Programming. There, they developed multiple Power BI dashboards to provide business intelligence, automate processes with various tools, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Before that, Ali worked as an MBA Consultant at HEC Montréal and as an MBA Fellow at Creative Destruction Lab - Montreal. Ali also has experience as a Data Analyst at Persia Oil and Gas Industry Development Company and as an Associate Consultant at CAPE Consultant Engineers Group. Ali started their career as a Software Developer at the College of Engineering, University of Tehran.

Ali Bastami, MBA, holds an impressive education history. Ali obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from HEC Montréal in 2021. Prior to this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tehran, completing the program in 2014. In 2009, Ali earned their Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the same university. Ali began their educational journey at the University of Tehran, where they received their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering in 2007.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Ali Bastami has also acquired two valuable certifications. Ali obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from HEC Montréal in July 2021 and completed the Cortex Challenge certification from SAS in June 2021.
