Valentin Overney's work experience includes:

- Head Business Steering at PostFinance from May 2019 to September 2022, where they managed a high-performing team and implemented an integrated steering model.

- Market Manager at PostFinance from July 2017 to April 2019, where they led a project management pricing and was responsible for KPI and reporting.

- Project Manager & Business Analyst at PostFinance from October 2016 to June 2017, where they managed projects related to payments and core banking transformation.

Valentin Overney completed their education in a chronological manner. Valentin first attended HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a B Sc degree in Economics. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Basel from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued an M Sc degree in Business and Economics.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Valentin has obtained several certifications. Valentin received the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org in August 2017 and the Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering certification from IREB GmbH in May 2017. Valentin also obtained a Wealth Management Diploma from UBS Wealth Management in March 2012. Valentin's earliest certification is the Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge, obtained in 2005.
