Josiane El Khoury serves as the Legal Compliance Manager and Data Protection Officer at Banque Bemo sal since 2010, where responsibilities include amicably preventing and resolving conflicts and promoting mediation through various initiatives. Josiane has extensive experience in legal affairs, drafting essential legal documents such as contracts and loan agreements, and has played a key role in implementing FATCA requirements within the bank. Prior to this position, Josiane worked as a Junior Associate at Albert and Ziad Najm Law Firm, where research and legal document preparation across multiple law sectors were conducted. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Professional Mediator from Université Saint Joseph and a Professional Master in Banking Law from Université La Sagesse, complemented by a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Private Law from Université Saint Joseph. Early education includes obtaining both French and Lebanese Baccalaureates from Collège Notre Dame De Jamhour.
