Raphaella PASSAM is an experienced professional in organizational project management and process optimization, currently serving as Chef de service Organisation at Banque Atlantique Cameroun since April 2022. Responsibilities include assisting business entities with organization projects, documenting banking processes and procedures, and leading digital transformation initiatives, notably overseeing the WeRise digital transformation program. Previously, Raphaella held significant roles at Conseil National des Chargeurs du Cameroun as a Senior Quality Auditor and Head of IT process and procedure development, focusing on process mapping, risk assessment, and IT project management. Earlier experience includes a position as Project Manager Assistant at BGFIBank Cameroun. Raphaella holds a Master’s degree in Management des Systèmes d'Information and a Bachelor's degree in Economie de Gestion from Université Catholique d'Afrique Centrale.
