Agnieszka Zadroga is a Senior Test Automation Engineer and Senior Test Lead at Banqsoft since February 2017, specializing in leading tests for ASP upgrade projects, building test plans, and coordinating test activities throughout various phases. Responsibilities include analyzing current methodologies, collaborating with other test leads to enhance testing processes, and mentoring team members. Previous roles include Team Lead, Test Lead, and Test Engineer at Misys from February 2015 to January 2017, as well as a Quality Engineer and Support Engineer. Agnieszka Zadroga also served as a Scoring Models Analyst at Bank BPH from February 2014 to January 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Financial Mathematics and two Bachelor’s Degrees, one in Computer Science and Econometrics and another in Mathematics with Applications in Business, all from the University of Gdańsk.
