Nikki Sprague has a strong background in project management and research. Nikki is currently the Vice President of Projects and Operations at Banner Life Sciences, where they have been since December 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at the company, including Senior Director of Program Management and Director of Specialty Pharma Program Management. Before joining Banner Life Sciences, Nikki worked at Banner Pharmacaps as an R&D Project Manager from May 2008 to July 2013. Nikki also gained experience as a Quality Control Scientific Services Manager at Azopharma Contract Pharmaceutical Services from May 2006 to May 2008. Nikki began their career in research and academia as a Research Assistant at Florida State University from December 2004 to May 2006 and as a Teaching Assistant from August 2004 to May 2006. Nikki also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Virginia from May 2002 to May 2003, where they focused on designing HTML for a CD-ROM accompanying a college-level textbook on biochemistry.

Nikki Sprague has a solid education history with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Virginia, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Biochemistry at Florida State University from 2004 to 2006.
