David Schuitema is a seasoned professional in human resources and benefits management with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as Senior Director of Benefits at Banner Health since May 2018, David previously held multiple leadership roles at Mayo Clinic from May 2004 to May 2018, including Chair of Total Rewards and Human Resources Director. Prior to that, David worked as Human Resources Director at Saint-Gobain Crystals and as Human Resources Manager at Goodrich. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Grand Valley State University.
