Debbie Sheppard, CFRE, is an accomplished professional in the field of philanthropic development, currently serving as Chief Development Officer at Banner Health Foundation and Banner Alzheimer’s Foundation since September 2021. Previous roles include Senior Director of Advancement at Delta Gamma, Partner at Sheppard & Associates, System Director of Philanthropic Partnerships at OhioHealth, and Senior Vice President at Cramer & Associates. Debbie has also held key positions such as Director of Constituent Giving at Nationwide Children's Hospital and Campaign Director at the OhioHealth Foundation. An alumnus of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing & Communications, Debbie also completed a Liberal Arts Certificate at the University of Oxford.
