Rich Carlson is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in new product development and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Senior Development Engineer in Wireless Engineering at Banner Engineering since July 1992, Rich specializes in lean manufacturing, proficiently utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Pro Engineer, and PLC. Prior to this role, Rich worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Micom Circuits from 1985 to 1991. Rich has pursued education in Research & Development and Engineering at Anoka Technical College and attended Anoka-Ramsey Community College and the University of St. Thomas.
