Ed Goff is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering and management. Currently serving as the Senior Engineering Manager for Safety Products at Banner Engineering since June 2023, Ed previously held key leadership roles, including Director of Software and Electrical Engineering at Ergotron, where the management of a 12-member team focused on IoT systems development was a primary responsibility. Ed's background includes significant positions at General Dynamics Mission Systems, where leadership of engineering teams developed mission control systems for US government airborne applications, and Solid Design Solutions, managing various business and engineering functions. Additional roles include Engineering Director and Site Leader at UTC Climate, Controls & Security, and valuable positions in esteemed organizations such as Greatbatch, Inc., Medtronic, and 3M. Ed Goff holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Iowa State University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University.
