Adam Cich is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in design and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer II at Banner Engineering since September 2021, Adam previously held positions at FAST Global Solutions (WASP Inc.) from October 2017 to September 2021, where Adam progressed from Mechanical Engineer I to II. Prior to this, Adam worked as a Research Assistant at Iowa State University in 2016, focusing on eddy current probes and their applications, alongside modeling tasks in Solidworks and Adobe Illustrator. Adam's earlier experience includes a supervisory role at ISU Dining from 2013 to 2016, responsible for overseeing operations and training staff. Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University in 2016.
