Kelly Taub has extensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Kelly is currently the EVP - Director of Credit Review at BankUnited. Prior to this role, they worked at Capital One as a Senior Director, where they were responsible for managing various aspects of commercial specialized industry and product risk. Kelly also held the position of Senior Manager, Commercial Credit Review at Capital One, where they oversaw the assurance of high-risk and specialty exposures within the Commercial Bank.

Before joining Capital One, Kelly worked at Regions Bank as the VP, Corporate Credit Risk Review, where they focused on monitoring and analyzing the credit quality and risk management of the commercial healthcare portfolio.

Earlier in their career, Kelly held multiple roles at Bank of America, including VP, Risk Rating Group, Subject Matter Expert, where they served as the project manager for risk-rating scorecard designs and implementation. Kelly also managed troubled loans as part of the Special Assets Group and assisted in the supervision of the Global Commercial Bank portfolio as a Credit Review Officer.

Kelly's experience also includes working as a National Bank Examiner at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, where they provided supervision and reviewed commercial loans for compliance with policies and regulatory standards.

Kelly Taub attended the University of Maryland and received a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Finance, General. In 2004, Kelly also obtained certification as a National Bank Examiner from the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
