Julio Varona has extensive experience in the financial industry, with a focus on leadership roles and client relationships. Julio began their career at GE Capital Business Credit as a Vice President, where they worked from 2000 to 2002. Julio then joined Regions Bank as a Senior Vice President from 2002 to 2004. After that, they served as a Senior Vice President at Presidential Financial Corporation from 2004 to 2007. Julio then became the Managing Partner at Trinity Commercial Services, Inc. from 2007 to 2015. Since 2015, they have been working at BankUnited as a Vice President.

Julio Varona completed their high school education at LaSalle High School from 1972 to 1976. Julio then pursued a BA/MBA degree in Finance at the University of Miami from 1980 to 1982.
